Managing Director

Lynn H. Joyce is a Managing Director at DiFilippo Corporate Finance Group, LLC. She specializes in the valuation of business enterprises, intangible assets, and equity securities for a variety of purposes, including financial accounting and public reporting, corporate tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, gift and estate tax planning, and litigation support. She has performed valuations for privately-held, pre-revenue companies, family limited partnerships, as well as publicly traded companies. Lynn’s financial reporting experience includes assignments for ASC 805 purchase price allocations, ASC 350 and ASC 360 impairment testing, and ASC 718 valuation of stock-based compensation. Her tax-related work encompasses valuations performed in connection with the valuation of securities issued as equity compensation to employees as well as a multitude of valuations performed for gift and estate purposes.

Prior to joining the DiFilippo Corporate Finance Group, Lynn was a manager in RSM US LLP’s valuation practice. Lynn was also formerly an associate with Willamette Management Associates, where she was responsible for a broad range of valuation and financial advisory engagements.
