Jordan Cyr is a Senior Director at DiFilippo Corporate Finance Group, LLC. He has 8 years of broad financial services experience in business valuation and consulting, audit and general finance. Jordan has performed valuation advisory services in all major industries including consumer goods, healthcare, technology, software, manufacturing, and financial services. He has performed engagements for M&A planning, financial reporting, tax, and internal planning purposes. His financial reporting experience includes purchase price allocations pursuant to ASC 805, Step 1 and Step 2 impairment testing pursuant to ASC 350 and valuations of stock-based compensation related to ASC 718. Jordan has vast experience allocating equity to share classes using option pricing, probability weighted expected return, monte carlo simulation, and hybrid methodologies.

Jordan started his career at KPMG LLP performing financial statement audits of both private and public companies. He then transitioned to the business valuation consulting practice at KPMG, where he spent five years performing and reviewing valuations for public, private, and large multinational corporations. Jordan has experience providing a broad range of financial consulting services for clients, including valuations, transfer pricing analyses, and various services in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
