Leslie Napoli is a Senior Director at DiFilippo Corporate Finance Group, LLC. She has 14 years of broad financial services experience in business valuation and consulting, technical accounting, audit and general finance. Leslie has performed valuations of businesses, business interests, financial instruments, and intangible assets for financial accounting and public reporting. Additionally, Leslie has technical accounting experience related to transactions that require consideration of various accounting literature, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, fair value accounting, accounting for debt and equity, collaboration agreements and business combinations, among others.
Leslie spent the first ten years of her career in the commercial services audit group at Ernst & Young LLP. At EY, Leslie performed audits of both private and public companies and specialized in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, semiconductor, manufacturing, distribution and technology companies. Additionally, Leslie served as an auditor on various clients that completed significant transactions including initial public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and collaboration agreements. Leslie also participated in Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance projects and worked with international clients developing risk assessments, control analysis and process documentation. Leslie was also the Global Accounting Policy Manager at Iron Mountain, Inc. where her responsibilities included development and application of international accounting policies, including revenue and leasing.
